1. SPONSOR

The TRBO01 Fanzy Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Frankie Turbo LLC (“Sponsor”), Houston, Texas.

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Shopify, or any other social media platform or third-party service through which the Sweepstakes may be promoted.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, members, owners, agents, representatives, and immediate family members of Sponsor, and any companies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment, advertising, or promotion of the Sweepstakes, are not eligible to enter or win.

“Immediate family members” include spouses, parents, children, siblings, and members of the same household.

The Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii, outside the United States, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on September 6, 2026 and ends on September 20, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Central Time (“CT”) (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor's designated systems and records will serve as the official timekeeping mechanism for online entries.

Entries submitted outside the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible except for qualifying mail-in entries submitted in accordance with Section 5.

4. HOW TO ENTER WITH A PURCHASE

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may receive entries by purchasing qualifying merchandise from the TRBO01 Fanzy Giveaway collection through the TRBO website.

Only products specifically designated as qualifying TRBO01 Fanzy Giveaway products are eligible to receive entries.

The current qualifying products and corresponding entries are:

Entries are awarded per qualifying unit purchased.

For example, purchasing two products worth 300 entries each results in 600 entries.

Only successfully completed and paid qualifying orders are eligible to receive purchase-based entries.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or invalidate entries associated with orders that are canceled, refunded, reversed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise not completed in good faith.

Sponsor may offer additional qualifying merchandise, entry multipliers, bonus-entry periods, or promotional entry opportunities during the Sweepstakes Period. Any such promotion will be clearly disclosed at the time it is offered and will be subject to these Official Rules.

A purchase does not guarantee that an entrant will win.

5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY — ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

To enter without making a purchase, an eligible entrant must hand-print the following information on a 3" x 5" card:

• Full legal name
• Complete mailing address
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Date of birth

Place the completed card in a standard envelope, affix sufficient postage, and mail it to:

Each valid mail-in request will receive 100 entries into the Sweepstakes.

Each mail-in entry request must be submitted separately in its own hand-addressed envelope.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than September 20, 2026 and received no later than September 25, 2026.

Photocopies, reproductions, automated submissions, mechanically reproduced entries, bulk submissions, or entries submitted through third parties are prohibited.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, postage-due, or otherwise undeliverable mail.

All mail-in requests become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

6. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS

Entrants may obtain entries through any eligible method described in these Official Rules.

Entries may not be sold, transferred, assigned, traded, auctioned, or otherwise conveyed to another person.

Any attempt to obtain entries through fraud, deception, automated methods, fictitious identities, manipulation of the entry process, chargebacks, unauthorized payment methods, or other conduct Sponsor determines to be abusive or inconsistent with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and cancellation of some or all entries associated with the entrant.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any entrant.

7. GRAND PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

One 2006 Chevrolet Silverado known as “Fanzy,” plus $5,000 USD in cash.

The vehicle is a modified 2006 Chevrolet Silverado and will be awarded substantially in the condition in which it exists at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes, subject to reasonable use, mileage, maintenance, transportation, promotional activities, and ordinary wear occurring before delivery to the winner.

The prize includes the Bogart wheel setup and the 20-inch Cosmis wheel setup associated with Fanzy.

Vehicle modifications, specifications, horsepower figures, performance figures, photographs, videos, and descriptions used in promotional material are provided for informational and promotional purposes. Actual condition and specifications at the time of delivery control.

The vehicle is used and modified and is awarded AS IS, WHERE IS, without warranty or guarantee by Sponsor, express or implied, except for any warranty that cannot legally be disclaimed.

The $5,000 cash portion of the prize will be provided to the verified winner in a form determined by Sponsor.

The prize may not be substituted or transferred by the winner prior to award, except at Sponsor's discretion or as otherwise required by law.

Sponsor reserves the right, if the advertised vehicle becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

8. TAXES, TITLE, REGISTRATION, INSURANCE AND OTHER COSTS

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.

The winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security number or other taxpayer identification information and complete applicable tax documentation before the prize is released.

Sponsor may issue the winner an applicable IRS tax form reflecting the reportable value of the prize as required by law.

Unless Sponsor expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the winner is responsible for title, registration, licensing, insurance, emissions or inspection requirements, and any other costs or obligations associated with ownership and operation of the vehicle.

The $5,000 cash prize is not a representation or guarantee that the cash amount will cover the winner's taxes, registration, title, insurance, travel expenses, or other costs.

The winner must obtain any legally required insurance before taking possession of or operating the vehicle.

9. WINNER SELECTION

Following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes and processing of all timely and valid entries, one potential Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The drawing will occur after all eligible online and timely received mail-in entries have been processed.

Sponsor may conduct the drawing itself or utilize an independent sweepstakes administrator or random-selection service.

Sponsor's determination regarding the validity of entries and the selection of the potential winner is final, subject to applicable law.

10. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information associated with the winning entry.

The potential winner may be required to respond within a specified period and provide documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor to verify identity, age, residency, and eligibility.

Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release, IRS documentation, vehicle transfer documentation, and any other documents reasonably required to administer and fulfill the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law.

A potential winner is not an official winner until Sponsor has verified eligibility and all required documentation has been completed.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the time specified by Sponsor, fails to provide required documentation, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified.

In such an event, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

11. VEHICLE DELIVERY / PICKUP

The method, location, and timing of delivery or pickup of the vehicle will be coordinated between Sponsor and the verified winner.

The winner may be required to present valid government-issued identification, proof of insurance, and any other legally required documentation before taking possession of the vehicle.

The winner must cooperate with Sponsor in completing all title-transfer and vehicle-delivery documentation.

Sponsor is not responsible for delays resulting from government agencies, title processing, transportation providers, weather, acts of God, or other circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

Any transportation, travel, lodging, meals, fuel, or other expenses not expressly identified as part of the Grand Prize are the responsibility of the winner unless Sponsor separately agrees otherwise in writing.

12. VEHICLE MODIFICATIONS AND OPERATION

Fanzy is a modified performance vehicle.

Modifications to a motor vehicle can affect drivability, reliability, emissions compliance, insurance availability, safety, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Sponsor makes no representation that every modification to the vehicle is legal for street use in every jurisdiction.

The winner is responsible for determining whether the vehicle complies with the laws, inspection requirements, emissions requirements, registration requirements, and insurance requirements applicable in the winner's jurisdiction.

After transfer of possession and ownership, all responsibility for operation, maintenance, modification, storage, transportation, insurance, and use of the vehicle belongs to the winner.

13. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, likeness, voice, photograph, video, statements, city and state of residence, and prize information for advertising, promotional, social media, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

Sponsor may photograph or record the prize presentation and related winner experience.

14. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, members, officers, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, advertising and promotion partners, service providers, and each of their respective successors and assigns from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, operation, transportation, or ownership of the Grand Prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, website outages, payment-processing failures, network failures, corrupted data, lost entries, human errors, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances that may affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. FRAUD, TAMPERING AND DISQUALIFICATION

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant Sponsor reasonably believes has:

• Violated these Official Rules;
• Tampered with or attempted to manipulate the Sweepstakes or entry system;
• Used fraudulent payment information;
• Submitted false or misleading information;
• Used bots, scripts, automation, or other unauthorized entry methods;
• Attempted to obtain entries through chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent transactions;
• Interfered with another person's participation; or
• Acted in an abusive, threatening, or disruptive manner toward Sponsor or anyone involved in administering the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.

16. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

If fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, natural disaster, government action, platform failure, or another event beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the scheduled closing date, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries properly received before the event requiring termination, if legally permissible and reasonably practicable.

17. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited by applicable law, these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be resolved individually and not as part of a class action.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal proceeding arising from the Sweepstakes shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Harris County, Texas.

Nothing in this section deprives an entrant of rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

18. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants and the potential winner, fulfill the prize, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Entry into the Sweepstakes does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing communications where separate consent is required by applicable law.

Information may be provided to service providers or sweepstakes administrators as reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes and fulfill the prize.

19. SOCIAL MEDIA AND THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Shopify, or their respective parent or affiliated companies.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that these third parties are not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes or fulfillment of the prize.

Any trademarks or product names referenced in connection with the prize remain the property of their respective owners. Their use is solely for identification or description and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

20. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

Headings are provided for convenience and do not affect interpretation of these Official Rules.

In the event of an inconsistency between promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.

21. WINNER INFORMATION

Following verification and awarding of the Grand Prize, Sponsor may make the winner's name and/or other information available as required by applicable law.
